Saturday, 20 Mei 2023, Animal science student of Universitas Diponegoro Batch 2020 followed the studium generale about “System Management of Broiler Chicken Partnership”. This studium generale held by Department of Animal Science of Universitas Diponegoro. Ruby Kustanto S.Pt as General Manager of PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari is the Practitioner lecturer in this studium generale. He explained about poultry industry phenomenon, broiler chicken partnership system, close house system, broiler chicken rearing standardization, and marketing system.
The student was anthusiastic join with the studium generale. The student anthusiasm shown by many question filed. Some question showed the mind set of them to prepare as entrepreneur in broiler chicken partnership. Mutually beneficial contract system and management of human resources is some question filled.
“This studium generale hopefully will motivate and equip the student to be ready as entrepreneur of broiler chicken partnerships or as partner farmers” said Dr. Ir. Limbang Kustiawan Nuswantara, S.Pt., M.P., IPU. As Vice Dean of Academic aand Students Affair of FAAS Universitas Diponegoro.
“Hopefully in the future will be more studium generale that applicable and improve the entrepreneurship of the student, so the student will be as job creator not job seeker” Dr. Ir. Sri Sumarsih, S.Pt., M.P., IPM., as Head of Animal Science Department of FAAS Universitas Diponegoro, concluded.
